I had an amazing experience at this hotel, it truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely stay here whenever I visit New York. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is simple but enough to kickstart the day, and the staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooftop is a fantastic bonus with great views. I also loved the 24/7 availability of hot water, coffee, tea, bagels and water. Overall, this hotel is a real catch.

I had a problem-free stay, and the location is excellent. The view from the terrace is a must-see, especially while enjoying a drink; it's very pleasant.

Perfect for our needs (tourists), though the neighborhood seemed a bit sterile/industrial at first. After a couple days visiting Manhattan, I appreciated the quieter, calmer area. Much cheaper than a Manhattan hotel. Rooms are very clean (if a bit small), staff is professional and accommodating, and the rooftop has a great skyline view. Quick walk to the Court Square station with trains to basically everywhere. There's even a convenient Target location between the station and hotel if you need something. Would stay again. A small sundries market in the lobby might be a nice addition.

Erica and Sophia were incredibly helpful at the front desk I had many issues, checking into the hotel, and contacted Expedia to troubleshoot my problems, however, I got no help from them and they closed my chat without speaking to me Erica and Sophia could clearly tell. I was frustrated and helped me find a solution to the issues. I deeply appreciate what they did.

Location was great, about a 20 min metro ride to Times Square. Metro stations within a 5-10 min walk depending on where you’re going. The place was very clean and looked newly remodeled. Breakfast was excellent. Had lots of options, yogurt parfait, French toast/pancakes, hash browns, eggs, bagels, fruit. The place was also super well sound proofed. We didn’t hear the cars at all which was very different from the Marriot we stayed in the night before. Very impressed.

I really enjoyed this hotel! My first time in LIC and I was looking for somewhere affordable for one night while on a work trip. I wasn't sure quite what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm, kind, and helpful. I stayed in mid-December and although they aren't too many parking spots at the hotel in total, there were only a few cars parked so I had no problem parking my car! The hot water was plentiful and quick, the beds were decently comfy, the location is great and accessible, and the continental breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. This hotel in the city didn't have a "cold", distant feeling to the place, and that was great to me. I would definitely stay here again should I find myself with a need. The only reason I gave "4" stars for the rooms, is they are decently small and could use a tad updating. But, nothing too dire!

This hotel was perfect on every aspect, 2 minutes walk from the subway station, delicious breakfast cooked every morning, water dispenser, bagels and hot beverage always available. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Recommended!

It has everything you need but nothing you don't. My room was simple but clean and functional. The Internet was good enough for me to work all day and attend MS Teams meetings. The gym was small and simple, but it had enough equipment for a good workout. I feel like this hotel is very good value and focuses on getting all the basics right.

The location is next stop to Manhattan. There is a cute tea and pastry shop on the corner Hao Tea that has good snacks cakes and teas. The breakfast at the hotel is good and clean. The rooms were generally clean but the showers could be kept better. There was parking for $20 a day. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Close to public transport options at Court Square
